  1. Purchase must be made from April 3, 2023 to May 31, 2023 through participating Milgard Certified Dealers in WA, OR, CA, AZ, NM, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, AK, HI, & Canada.
  2. Qualified purchases must include V250 Style Line® Series, V300 Trinsic™ Series or V400 Tuscany® Series windows and/or V300 Trinsic Series or V400 Tuscany Series patio doors.
  3. An electronic Amazon.com gift card code* will be issued via email at $20 for each V250 Style Line Series window, $30 for each V300 Trinsic Series window, $40 for every V400 Tuscany Series window and $85 for each V400 Tuscany Series or V300 Trinsic Series patio door. All eligible rebates will be paid out via Amazon.com, regardless of participant’s location.
